Required Skills:

• Current and in good standing RN license (Florida DOH or MultiState)
• Valid BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform accurate assessments and timely interventions
• Knowledge of infection control policies and safety protocols
• Competence in clinical decision-making and patient advocacy

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in emergency or acute care settings
• Additional certifications in specialized areas of nursing
• Experience with utilization review or hospital accreditation processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Prior experience in emergency nursing or related fast-paced clinical settings
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to emergency nursing, including standing for extended periods and assisting with patient mobility
• Commitment to maintaining clinical proficiency and ongoing professional development
