Shift: Day Shift | 3x12 Hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Schedule: 36 Hours per Week | Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• BLS Certification Required
• ADN/ASN Required
• BSN Preferred
• New graduates accepted
• Previous nursing experience preferred but not required

Position Overview:

Seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical unit to provide patient-centered care through assessments, treatment planning, patient education, and coordination of care. The RN will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Provide patient and family education
• Delegate and supervise patient care activities as appropriate
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with patient education and discharge planning
