Description
Provides patient care in the operating room to assist the physician(s), certified surgical technologist
(CST), and anesthesiologist. Accountable for providing high-quality, safe patient care consistent with
established nursing practice standards and hospital policies and procedures. Works under the
supervision of the Clinical Nurse Manager and Chief Nursing Officer.
PREREQUISITE EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of accredited school of Nursing holding a current license in the state of Indiana.
CPR Certified
ACLS certification or ability to obtain.
Minimum of two years experience in nursing required. Minimum of one year experience in the Operating
Room (OR), PACU, or Preoperative areas preferred
