🧲 Position Overview
We’re hiring a skilled MRI Technologist to join a dynamic imaging team in Ogden, UT. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident working independently on night shifts.
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality MRI imaging while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with all protocols.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and department protocols
- Ensure accurate patient identification and exam preparation
- Administer contrast (as ordered) under appropriate supervision
- Maintain strong knowledge of MRI safety standards (Four Zone concept, magnet safety, etc.)
- Operate and troubleshoot MRI equipment and related systems
- Review and ensure image quality before submission
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory guidelines
- Follow infection control and sterile procedures
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of MRI Tech experience
- ARRT (R)(MR) or ARRT (MR) – Required
- Active Utah State License – Required
- BLS Certification (AHA) – Required
- Strong understanding of MRI safety and cross-sectional anatomy
- Ability to work independently on night shifts
- Excellent attention to detail and patient care
