Physical Therapist Position - Minnesota

Location

• Tracy, Minnesota
• Work primarily at one location with possible travel to two nearby facilities

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Job Description

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments in outpatient, inpatient, and home care settings
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• No long-term care (LTC) responsibilities
• Use equipment such as EPIC for computer charting, Ultrasound, Estim, and Tractium Ionto

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (8-hour days)
• Some flexibility in schedule
• Minimal weekend and holiday work required, rotating with staff

Required Qualifications

• Minnesota Physical Therapist License
• BLS Certification
• Minnesota Background Study clearance
• Minimum 1 year of orthopedic and rehabilitation experience

Work Environment

• 15-bed hospital with a nice outpatient department and wellness center
• Casual dress code: scrubs or polo shirts in specified colors (Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, Chocolate Brown) or business casual
• Must badge in and out at the facility
• Floating limited to therapy departments and possibly other locations within the system

Orientation and Training

• EPIC training provided as needed
• Manager available at all times for support

Additional Notes

• Local placements within an 80-mile radius
• Clinicians who have previously worked for this employer must have ended their prior employment at least 6 months before submission
