We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a high-performing clinical team. In this role, you’ll provide advanced respiratory care, working closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to assess, treat, and manage patients with cardiopulmonary conditions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate diagnostic respiratory procedures, including arterial blood gases
• Administer respiratory therapies and medications safely and effectively
• Initiate and manage respiratory care protocols
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates with care teams
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Troubleshoot and maintain respiratory equipment
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• May float or take on-call responsibilities as needed

✅ Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Required
• Active State License (as applicable) – Required
• BLS Certification – Required
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Strong critical thinking and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
