š„ OR / SURGERY RN ā KEY REQUIREMENTS
š SHIFT & SCHEDULE
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM ā 5:15 PM
- Works Fridays
- Call Requirement: Every 5th weekend
- Saturday: 7:00 AM ā 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM ā 7:00 PM
ā REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
š REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Strong experience in:
- Orthopedics
- Trauma
- Spine Surgery
- ENT
- General Surgery
š©ŗ CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document patient responses to treatment
- Provide patient and family education
- Delegate and supervise support staff appropriately
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Participate in performance improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
ā IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experienced perioperative/surgical RN
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working across multiple surgical specialties
- Effective communicator and team player
- Able to manage patient care independently in a fast-paced environment
ā ļø SUBMISSION HIGHLIGHTS
- 2+ years RN experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- Ortho, Trauma, Spine, ENT, and General Surgery experience required
- Must be willing to participate in weekend call rotation.
