✅ Travel Contract Opportunity – Rehab/LTAC RN (Float) 📍 Location: Johnstown, CO  💵 Pay: ~$3,262/week (Travel) | ~$2,880/week Local 🗓️ Schedule &amp; Contract Details 🗓️ Contract Length: 8 weeks (potential extension) ⏰ Hours: 48 hours/week 🌞 Shift: Days 🕑 Schedule: Flexible (must be open to varying schedules) 🏥 Unit Details • Float role between Rehab &amp; LTAC units • Nurse-to-patient ratio: ~1:6 • Facility combines Rehab Hospital + LTAC 🔬 Job Responsibilities • Assist patients recovering from chronic illness/injury • Support development and execution of rehabilitation care plans • Provide direct patient care across Rehab and LTAC settings • Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams • Maintain accurate patient documentation ✅ Required Experience &amp; Certifications • Active RN License (CO or compact if applicable) • Current CPR certification • Must meet all federal, state, and facility requirements ✅ Preferred Qualifications • Rehab and/or LTAC experience • Experience with trachs and vents • Strong adaptability and flexibility
