Clinical Assessment Manager (RN)
Brooklyn, NY | $60–$63/hour
Seeking an experienced RN to join a leading PACE organization conducting in-home clinical assessments, UAS-NY evaluations, reassessments, and care planning for an elderly population.
Requirements:
• Active NYS RN License
• 3–5 years of experience in PACE, MLTC, managed care, home care, or related settings
• UAS-NY experience required
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
