Description

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist Manager to lead pharmacy operations and clinical services. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and cost-conscious medication management while overseeing pharmacy staff, regulatory compliance, and departmental quality initiatives.

Requirements

PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) – Required
Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
Active Colorado Pharmacist License in good standing
Minimum 3 years of Pharmacy leadership and inpatient pharmacy experience
Epic EMR experience – Required
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and teaching skills

Required Certifications

BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
Current Flu Vaccination (No exemptions accepted during flu season)
