Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Assignment Type: Travel/Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule:
- Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday through Friday
- Flexibility to adjust schedule by taking one weekday off when covering weekends
- Weekend rotation required: 1–2 days per month
Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting. The PT will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions in an inpatient rehab setting
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams
- Manage daily patient schedule and ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific, as applicable)
- BLS certification required
- Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
