🚨 Now Hiring: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a fast-paced surgical team. The ideal candidate will have strong circulating experience across multiple surgical specialties and be comfortable working in a community hospital or Level II Trauma environment.

Experience Requirements
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) experience in a community hospital or Trauma Level II facility
- Minimum 2 years of circulating experience in a community hospital setting
Required Surgical Experience
Candidates must have circulating experience in the following specialties:
- General Surgery
- Orthopedic Surgery
- Spine Surgery
- Urology
- Robotics
- OB/GYN (including Cesarean Sections)
- Plastic Surgery
Additional Required Skills
- Conscious Sedation Experience
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
On-Call Requirements

📞 On-Call Participation Required

Call Schedule
- Overnight weekday call coverage
- Weekend call coverage: 24 hours per day
- Holiday call coverage: 24 hours per day
Expected Call Commitment
- Approximately 1 call day per week
- 1 weekend per month
- Total of 6 call shifts per month
