Pros
The teamwork and support from the floor staff and most PCA’s is phenomenal. Location
Cons
Poor staffing, floating to other units sometimes all three shifts, little support from management. The AMN (Charge) is responsible for 59 patient rooms, which could be 118 patients. Resources are stretched too thin.
