Pros

The teamwork and support from the floor staff and most PCA’s is phenomenal. Location

Cons

Poor staffing, floating to other units sometimes all three shifts, little support from management. The AMN (Charge) is responsible for 59 patient rooms, which could be 118 patients. Resources are stretched too thin.

About

Louisville is the largest city in Kentucky and the famous namesake of the Official Bat of Major League Baseball, the Louisville Slugger. It’s also well known as the host of the Kentucky Derby, the most prestigious American horse race. Many visitors note the city’s friendly hospitality, often called second to none. In fact, Louisville often ranks among the country's friendliest cities. It's where big-city amenities meet Southern charm with plenty of things to see and do.
