Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will support patient treatment plans, administer medications, and assist with daily nursing activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare teams
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients
Requirements
- Active LPN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
