Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health assignment with Providence at Home with Compassus in Walla Walla, Washington. This opportunity is ideal for experienced home health clinicians who enjoy autonomy, building relationships with patients in their homes, and working in a scenic region known for its wineries, outdoor recreation, and small-town charm.

Mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with client policy.
Requirements
- Active Washington Physical Therapist License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 12 Months Home Health Experience within the Past 3 Years
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Experience Required
- OASIS Experience Required
- Strong independent clinical decision-making skills
- Reliable transportation for patient visits
