Estimated Weekly Gross Pay: $2,800–$2,900/week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Position Overview

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment with Providence at Home with Compassus in Walla Walla, Washington. This opportunity offers the autonomy of providing one-on-one patient care while helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and safely remain in their homes throughout the Walla Walla region.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in patients' homes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and functional needs.
• Treat patients recovering from orthopedic procedures, neurological conditions, cardiopulmonary diagnoses, and generalized weakness.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility, safety, and fall prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case managers.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Travel throughout the assigned coverage area while providing compassionate, evidence-based patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Washington Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain before start)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Home Health experience
• OASIS documentation experience required
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
