Walla Walla, Washington
Client: Providence at Home with Compassus
Facility: Providence at Home with Compassus – Walla Walla
Estimated Weekly Gross Pay: $2,800–$2,900/week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Position Overview
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment with Providence at Home with Compassus in Walla Walla, Washington. This opportunity offers the autonomy of providing one-on-one patient care while helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and safely remain in their homes throughout the Walla Walla region.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in patients' homes.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and functional needs.
- Treat patients recovering from orthopedic procedures, neurological conditions, cardiopulmonary diagnoses, and generalized weakness.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility, safety, and fall prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case managers.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
- Travel throughout the assigned coverage area while providing compassionate, evidence-based patient care.
Qualifications
- Active Washington Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain before start)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Home Health experience
- OASIS documentation experience required
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
