Details:
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: 5x8 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and nursing support with minimal supervision.
• Greet patients, escort them to examination rooms, and prepare them for physician evaluation.
• Obtain and document vital signs, patient histories, and clinical information.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Administer injections and medications as ordered.
• Assist with Pap smears and other clinical procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Implement nursing care activities according to established care plans.
• Observe and document patient responses to treatments and interventions.
• Perform accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Required Qualifications

• Current New York State LPN License.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.

• Current CPR Certification.
