Unit Information: o Minimum Years of Experience required? 1 year o Will you accept a first-time traveller? Yes Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: o Neuro, trauma, stroke, inpatient, outpatient o 4 total IR suites; 2 primarily used for neuro and 2 used for body; only have 1 suite for hybrid (IR room that sits in OR) o 10-15 currently cases a day, goal of reaching 15-20 when fully staffed o Body – central venous access, Sirsphere, nephrostomy, PE, UAE, GI bleed, trauma bleeds o Neuro – diagnostic cerebral, stroke, carotid stent, MMA embo, AVM/AVF embo, aneurysm coiling & flow diversion, venous sinus stenting, aneurysm clipping Required License, National Certification, Certs: o BLS, ARRT, KY state license o Prefer VI certification Skills required: o Ability to bounce between the hybrid room and OR (hybrid room only open 3 days a week) o Must be strong in Neuro and comfortable with Stroke, embolization & coiling o scrubbing/assisting, circulating, equipment operation, tray setup, level 1 trauma experience Support within the Department: o Receptionist o Supervisor o Manager Technology/Equipment: o EMR: Cerner o IV Pump: Plum ICU Medical o Med dispensing: Omnicell o Monitors: Phillips o Unit specific equipment: Philips Allura Xper FD20 Biplane, GE Discovery, Siemens Artis Icono Biplane Floating: If yes, where? o No Orientation (facility and unit) : o NEO o 2 weeks of unit orientation, depending on experience Scheduling: o Weekend rotation: Based on unit needs o On call? Yes Based on schedule posted, discussed in 2nd interview with manager o Holiday Expectations: Based on unit needs o Approval of RTO: NM approval Other notes: o Scrub Color: Provided o Parking: Free, badge access parking lot
