Job Requirements -
• Shift: Variable 4x10 Mon-Fri 10:30a-9p OR 12:30p-11p
• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1-3 years Pharmacist in acute care / critical care / teaching setting. Must be able to "hit the ground running" in a tertiary facility with patients that require a higher level of care.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: BCP certification preferred, not required; recent EPIC experience is highly preferred
• Type of Patients on Unit: Tertiary Facility serving patients with higher acuity level
