Description

Pride health is hiring a Registered Nurse for our client's Home health program in Danville, VA, 24541.

 

Contract Duration: 3+ Months (Potential for conversion into a permanent role or Extension depending upon business needs.)

 

Schedule details (hours per day/week): 40 hrs/week - Pay Per Visit Points 30 

Points/week

 

On Call/Weekend Requirement: 1 full week a month

 

Shift schedule (days, start & end times): M-F 8:00-4:30

 

Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)?    Y  (not reimbursed from clinician's home to first patient or last patient to clinician's home- if you stop at the office first for whatever reason, mileage begins from there) 

 

Must have qualifications/experience: Home Health with skilled in-home experience, HCHB documentation experience, OASIS experience within skilled home health business line.

 

What are the top responsibilities for this position? (Please be as detailed as possible):

Skilled Home Health Start of Cares, Oasis visits, direct patient care, routine visits, developing patient plans of cares.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Local Pay Package:

  • $50.00 – $57.00 per hour (W-2)
  • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49 per mile (Milage will be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.)

Travel Pay Package: (Applicable to candidates maintaining a primary residence outside a 50-mile radius of Danville, VA)

  • $2,400.00 – $2,500.00 per week (Includes taxable & nontaxable parts)
  • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49 per mile (Milage will be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.)

Coverage Areas: Danville City, Pittsylvania County, very limited coverage in Halifax County (only have two patients in that area currently).
