Opportunity: Case Manager RN | Alaska
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to join a nationally recognized acute care hospital in Alaska. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced travelers and first-time travelers who possess strong acute care and Epic experience.
Position Details
- Position: Case Manager RN
- Schedule: 5x8 Day Shifts
- Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
- Contract Type: Travel Assignment
Shift Options
Shift times may vary and will be one of the following:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 1 Year of Case Management or Relevant Acute Care Experience
- Acute Care Experience Required
- Epic Experience Required
- First-Time Travelers Accepted
Licensure & Certifications
Required
- Active Alaska RN License (Must Be in Hand at Submission)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Preferred
- ACM (Accredited Case Manager) Certification
⚠️ Pending Alaska licenses will not be considered for Auto Offer. Active AK RN License is required at the time of submission.
Scheduling Requirements
Weekend Requirement
- Every Other Weekend
OR - Four Weekend Days Within a Four-Week Schedule
Floating
- Yes, clinicians may float within their scope of practice to meet facility needs.

Traveler Eligibility
Local Candidates

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify.
Time-Off Guidelines
- Maximum of one RTO request per 13-week assignment
- Request must be 5 days or fewer
- No holiday RTO requests permitted for Auto-Offer candidates
Guaranteed Hours
- 72 Hours Guaranteed Every Two Weeks
- Facility may call off up to:
- One 8-hour shift per two-week pay period
