CVICU RN Opportunity – Phoenix, AZ
I'm a healthcare recruiter working with a leading cardiovascular specialty hospital in Phoenix that is looking to add experienced ICU nurses to their growing CVICU team.
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Shift Differentials
Unit Highlights:
• 14-bed Cardiovascular ICU
• Care for post-cardiovascular surgery, LVAD, ECMO, and other high-acuity cardiac patients
• Cross-training opportunities available for nurses coming from other ICU specialties
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• CVICU experience preferred but not required
Base Pay Range:
• Starting around $37.61/hr
• Experienced nurses can earn up to $55/hr based on years of experience
