🏥 Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med/Surg Ortho Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a well-established regional hospital in Billings, MT. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment while gaining valuable orthopedic and medical-surgical experience.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a Med/Surg Orthopedic unit
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatments
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation per hospital and regulatory standards
- Float to other units as needed (within scope of practice)

✅ Requirements
Must-Have:
- Active RN license (state of practice)
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN minimum)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Preferred:
- Prior Med/Surg or Orthopedic nursing experience
- BSN
- Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.)
