Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients in improving activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and safety techniques
- Document patient progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Support patients in achieving maximum independence and quality of life
