Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide perioperative nursing care (pre-op, intra-op, post-op support)
Assist in surgical procedures as circulating RN and/or scrub support (RN scrubbing required)
Monitor patient safety during all phases of surgery
Assist with pre-op assessments and surgical preparation
Support OR workflow across multiple specialties and procedures
Work with robotics and advanced surgical cases
Ensure sterile technique and infection control standards
Document all patient care in EMR (Sunrise / Epic upcoming transition)

Mandatory Requirements

Active RN License
BLS certification required
OR experience required (acute care setting preferred)
Strong IV skills required
Scrub experience required for RN candidates
Ability to float to OR holding area if needed
Ability to take call and weekend rotation
