Description

Must-Have Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of ED experience. Must be comfortable with high-acuity chief complaints and trauma patients.
Certifications: TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIHSS are mandatory and must be included in your submission packet.
Skills: Proficiency in IV/Foley/NG tube insertion and assisting with standard ED procedures. You will be expected to run Point of Care (POC) labs and set up respiratory equipment (BIPAP/ventilators) with remote support from the main hospital.
Environment: This is a new, state-of-the-art facility. They are looking for a positive, flexible, and team-oriented nurse to help build their staff.

Unit Specifics

Unit: 11-bed Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED).
Ratios: 1:4 to 1:6 (acuity-based).
EMR: Meditech.
Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs.
Floating: Possibility of floating to the main ED.
