Medical Technologist Travel Position

Location: Palmer, Alaska
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (8:00 PM – 6:30 AM), Sunday through Wednesday
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

• Perform laboratory testing with a focus on Blood Bank and Antibody Identification
• No floating required
• Call possible
• No 48-hour shifts
• Electronic Medical Record system used: Cerner
• Facility size: 125 beds

Required Qualifications

• ASCP MLS Certification
• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in Blood Bank and Antibody Identification
• 2 to 5 years of overall Medical Technologist experience
• Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility

Additional Notes

• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Return to Office blackout on July 4th
• Travelers must include permanent home address on submission
• Social Security Number must be included on the tax tab of the candidate's profile (not in emails or submittals)
