Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
📍Golden, Colorado
🕒12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
📅Start Date: July 6, 2026 | 13-Week Assignment
👩⚕️ Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic and patient-centered care team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum process in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously monitor maternal and fetal well-being
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
- Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, and recovery
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Educate patients and families on childbirth, recovery, and newborn care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Accurately document all care in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
- Respond effectively to obstetric emergencies
- Float to other units as needed (within scope)
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
✅ Requirements
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active RN License (Single State or Compact)
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – Required
- C-EFM or AWHONN Certification – Required
Experience:
- Minimum 1+ year of Labor & Delivery RN experience
Education:
- ASN required
- BSN preferred
