Travel - Physical Therapist Location:  Arlington Heights, ILSpecialty: Physical TherapistContract Length: 13 Weeks Schedule: 40hr/Week, Days, 4x10, Sat-TueStart Date: 6/29/26 Travel Package: $2,364/Week  *Local Rate: $52/hr  Position Description The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician’s orders when applicable. Minimum Requirements <ul><li>2+ Years of experience as a Physical Therapist.</li><li>Orthopedic acute care experience required.</li><li>Experience with acute care elective joint and trauma patients along with acute care neurological PT (strokes, spine surgery) preferred.</li><li>IL PT License, BLS.</li><li>ASAP Start.</li></ul> Submission Requirements: <ul><li>Updated Resume</li><li>Skills checklist</li><li>1 supervisor reference from past 12 months </li><li>IL PT License</li></ul>
