Description
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Telemetry
Schedule:
• 12-Hour Night Shifts
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care for Med/Telemetry, orthopedic, spine surgery, trauma, vascular surgery, and medical overflow patients
• Monitor telemetry patients and assess changes in condition
• Perform post-surgical care including incision management, drain care, chest tubes, wound vacs, and trach care
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
Required Experience:
• Minimum 18 months of Med/Telemetry RN experience
• Experience with post-surgical patient care
• First-time travelers will be considered but are not preferred
Required Certifications:
• Active RN License
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
Additional Details:
• Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• Floating required within the assigned region and scope of practice
• Two days of departmental orientation provided
• Navy Blue Scrubs
• Free Parking Available

• Contract Length: 89 Weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
