Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Package
Travel Pay
- Weekly Gross: $2,002
- Weekly Taxable: $756
- Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,246
Local Pay
- Up to $49/hour
Position Overview
Greater Baltimore Medical Center is seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a night shift contract assignment. The RN will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care while delivering high-quality nursing services in accordance with professional nursing standards.
This position requires experience caring for stroke patients and the flexibility to work with telemetry patients as needed.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN License or Compact License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Minimum 2 years of stroke patient experience (must be listed on resume)
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- NIHSS Certification
- Willingness to obtain NIHSS Certification within 48 hours of offer if not currently held
- Willingness to obtain mRs/SIREN Certification within 48 hours of offer
- COVID vaccination required
- Must be flexible with facility scheduling needs
Assignment Details
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Weekend requirements determined by facility
- On-call schedule determined by facility
- Locals accepted
- Two openings available
