Description
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Schedule:
• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide critical care to ICU patients with complex medical conditions
• Monitor and manage patients with sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac conditions, and trauma-related diagnoses
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced nursing interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient assessments
Required Experience:
• Minimum 1–2 years of ICU experience
• Strong critical care nursing skills
• Experience caring for adult and geriatric patients
Preferred Experience:
• Medical ICU experience
• TNCC Certification
Required Certifications:
• BLS
• ACLS
Additional Details:
• Teaching Hospital located in Kennewick, WA
• Medical ICU with minimal cardiac patient population
• Types of patients include Sepsis, Respiratory, Cardiac, and Trauma cases
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
• Team-oriented unit culture focused on accountability and best practices
