- Lead and supervise all nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate nursing team members.
- Ensure high-quality resident care and oversee assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and lead survey readiness efforts.
- Monitor quality measures, infection control, medication management, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Manage staffing schedules and ensure appropriate clinical coverage.
- Investigate incidents, address resident and family concerns, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, administration, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes.
- Oversee nursing department operations, policies, procedures, and resource management.
