Description

Position: CVOR Registered Nurse (RN)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (91 Days)

Shift

  • Day Shift
  • 4x10 Hour Shifts
  • 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday–Friday
  • Block Scheduling

Call Requirements

  • Approximately 10 call days per month
  • Includes 1 weekend of call per month
  • Call Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Response time as required by facility

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience
  • BLS Required
  • Circulating experience required
  • First-time travelers accepted

Preferred

  • CNOR Certification
  • Scrub experience
  • Cardiothoracic/Robotic surgery experience

  • CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft)
  • TAVR
  • Mitral Valve Replacement
  • Aortic Valve Procedures
  • Carotid Endarterectomy
  • Thoracotomy
  • VATS
  • Robotic Thoracic Surgery
  • Aortic Aneurysm Repair
  • IABP Insertion/Removal
  • Tracheostomy
  • Pneumonectomy

  • 3 Operating Rooms
  • Adult & Geriatric Patients
  • EPIC Charting
  • Pyxis Medication System
  • Scrubs Provided

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers welcome
  • Manager interview required before offer
  • Up to 7 days of RTO allowed if disclosed before submission
  • No additional RTO allowed after signing
  • COVID vaccine not required
  • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
