ICU RN Opportunity

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience required
BLS certification required
Active Washington (WA) RN license required
Must be experienced in ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg settings
Must be willing to float to Med-Surg as needed

Position Details:

5-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
Night shifts
ICU/PCU assignment with floating to Med-Surg when required

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive patient care and education
Maintain patient safety and follow restraint policies
Operate and troubleshoot equipment in ICU, PCU, Telemetry, and Med-Surg units
Follow infection control and isolation protocols
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Process physician orders and report critical lab values promptly
Give thorough shift reports and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain emergency carts and unit supplies

The ICU RN will provide high-quality critical care nursing to patients in a rural critical access hospital environment, utilizing strong clinical judgment and flexibility to care for patients across ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg units while ensuring safe and effective patient outcomes.
