Day Shift Staffing:

1 Charge Nurse (CNC)
6 RNs
3 Patient Care Techs (PCTs)

Night Shift Staffing:

1 Charge Nurse (CNC)
5 RNs
3 Patient Care Techs (PCTs)
Equipment Used: Traction
Charting System: Meditech

🩺 Responsibilities

Provide care for Med/Surg and post-operative patients
Manage patients undergoing:
- Total Joint procedures
- Spine surgeries
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient conditions and progress
Assist with mobility and post-surgical recovery
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge
Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR

✅ Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of current acute care Med/Surg/Ortho experience
BLS (AHA) – Required

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Experience with traction equipment
Knowledge of spine, hip, and joint precautions
ACLS – Preferred
