Job Title - Home Dialysis RN
Unit - Home Dialysis RN unit
Duration - 13 Weeks with the possibility of extension
Shift - 4 x 10-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location to cover - Cooperstown, Oneonta, and Little Falls, NY

Position Summary:

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Dialysis is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, education, and support to patients receiving home dialysis therapies, including Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD).

Job Duties:

Manage outpatient home dialysis clinics
Conduct patient assessments and ongoing clinical management
Provide modality education and training for new home dialysis patients
Troubleshoot and triage patient concerns and treatment-related issues
Coordinate care and support patient independence in the home setting

Note: 2 years of RN Dialysis

Requirements:

Experience: 2 years
Certifications: BLS, RN license
