Any call offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR### **THIS IS A NEURO UNIT** REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years Minimum Experience REQUIRED Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time Travelers Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: Teamwork approach to patient care Focus on patient safety Certs: ACLS and BLS PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: NIH Neuro exp preferred Experience/willing to learn the charge nurse role preferred JOB DETAILS: **THIS IS A NEURO UNIT** Ratios: 1:6 Shift: NIGHT 36 or 48 hours accepted. If 48 then no OT billed until after 48 hours. 13-26 weeks accepted ***RTO: 7 DAYS MAX for AYA AUTO OFFER*** Float Requirement: yes travelers float first Weekend Requirement: 5-6 weekend shifts equates to every other weekend **Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid-contract may occur and the contract staff may be pre-assigned to units as needed.
