Description
Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
Contract Length:
- 8-week contract (for Epic conversion)
Shift:
- Day Shift
- 8-hour shifts
- 40 hours per week
Start Requirements:
- Must start by August 24, 2026
- Orientation available on:
- August 3, 2026, or
- August 17, 2026
- No RTO (Requested Time Off) permitted
Required Qualifications:
- ✅ Active California OTA License
- ✅ AHA BLS Certification
- ✅ Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy Assistant experience
- ✅ Epic experience: At least 6 months within the last 12 months
- ✅ Cerner experience
- ✅ Must be proficient with both Epic and Cerner

Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
