Medical City McKinney first opened its doors more than 90 years ago and has focused on serving residents in McKinney and northern Collin County. Today, we are a 260+ bed, acute care hospital. Emergency Services are available on our main campus, which is a Level III Trauma Center, as well as at Medical City ER Stonebridge. We offer comprehensive services including cardiovascular, neurological services, general surgery, orthopedics, women's services, a Level II neonatal intensive care unit and behavioral health services. Medical City McKinney is a Primary Stroke Center, a stroke rehabilitation center and has achieved The Joint Commission's certification for total hip and total knee replacement. As a part of the Medical City network of hospitals and specialists, patients are ensured access to leading medical experts and advanced healthcare innovations across the network.
