Job Description
North Kansas City Hospital Home Health is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their Home Health team. This position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one care in the home setting while helping patients maximize independence, safety, and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the last 3 years, with HCHB experience preferred.
As a Home Health COTA, you'll collaborate with OTs, PTs, nurses, and case managers while providing skilled therapy services, patient education, and documentation throughout the Kansas City metro area. This role is perfect for clinicians who enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and building meaningful relationships with their patients.

Requirements
- Active COTA License
- Minimum 12 months of Home Health experience within the last 3 years
- HCHB experience preferred
