Job Description

North Kansas City Hospital Home Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their growing Home Health team in the Kansas City metro area. This position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes while helping individuals improve independence, safety, and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will have previous Home Health experience and be proficient with both OASIS and HCHB documentation.

This Monday-Friday position offers a consistent 40-hour schedule with guaranteed hours, allowing therapists to enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of home health while maintaining a dependable work schedule. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care throughout the Kansas City area.
