Description
UNIT: PSYCH - INTAKE/ADMISSIONS
CLINICAL INTERVIEW
Minimum Experience (yrs in specialty): 2-5 years.
Required Licenses and Certifications: WI RN or compact license, AHA BLS, CPI (REQUIRED - can obtain on site, if needed) & NIHSS (preferred)
Charting Experience Required: Epic required within the past 2 years
Unit Overview: Admissions to Free Standing Psychiatric Inpatient Services; ages 5-99. Intake RN is typically the only RN in the department & acts as a house supervisor over the units. There are typically 2-3 other nurses who work the other units/departments on the NOC shift.
Radius: Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius of Bellin Health.
