Home Health OT | Compassus Home Health | Lacey, WA
Job Description
Compassus Home Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Home Health team serving the beautiful South Puget Sound region of Washington. This position will provide care throughout Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce counties, helping patients maximize independence, safety, and function in the comfort of their homes.
Candidates must have at least one year of recent Home Health OT experience and proficiency with HCHB documentation. Therapists will manage a caseload across the assigned territory while meeting a productivity expectation of 30 points per week. Documentation must be completed by 10:00 AM the following day.
This opportunity is ideal for an OT who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and building meaningful patient relationships while working in a supportive Home Health environment.

Requirements
- Active OT License
- Minimum 1 year recent Home Health OT experience required
- HCHB experience required
- Strong OASIS and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a multi-county territory
- Reliable transportation
