Job Description
Compassus Home Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Home Health team serving the Everett and greater Puget Sound region. This position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes while helping individuals improve independence, safety, and quality of life.
Candidates must have at least one year of recent Home Health OT experience and proficiency with HCHB documentation. Therapists will manage a home health caseload while meeting a productivity expectation of 30 points per week. Documentation must be completed by 10:00 AM the following day.
This opportunity is ideal for an OT who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and developing meaningful relationships with patients while working in a supportive Home Health environment.

Requirements
- Active OT License
- Minimum 1 year recent Home Health OT experience required
- HCHB experience required
- Strong OASIS and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation
