• Monday–Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call requirements
• Travelers living within 70 miles of the facility are considered local and are not accepted

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Recent Outpatient Cardiology experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• LTAC experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient cardiology patients
• Perform cardiac assessments and monitor cardiac symptoms
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias
• Provide patient education regarding cardiac conditions and medications
• Administer medications and IV infusions
• Telephone triage and follow-up calls
• Review imaging and test results
• Medication refills and pharmacy coordination
• Schedule appointments and referrals
• Insurance verification and authorization processing
• Venipuncture and specimen collection
• Emergency response including CPR and AED use
