Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Manage wound care, IV therapy, catheters, G-tubes, and drains.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social services.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation.
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recent Home Health experience.
- Must be able to work independently.
- First-time travelers accepted.
Required Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) – Facility provides training if needed.
- Active RN License
Additional Notes
- No local candidates within 100 miles.
- Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS standard rate.
