Physical Therapist – Home Health | Florence, SC
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for an immediate opportunity with BrightSpring Health Services in Florence, South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for therapists who enjoy autonomy, building meaningful patient relationships, and helping patients regain independence in their homes.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation
- Experience using HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
- Active South Carolina PT License (or ability to obtain)
- Current BLS Certification
