Job Title: RN – Operating Room (Travel)
Location: Summit, NJ 
Duration: 07/20/2026 – 09/12/2026
Shift: Night Shift 

Job Description:
• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care for surgical patients across Pediatric to Geriatric populations.
• Perform detailed patient assessments and deliver individualized care based on surgical procedure and anesthesia requirements.
• Scrub and circulate for OR cases including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, and Robotics.
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative assessments while educating patients and families throughout the surgical process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with nursing standards and hospital guidelines.
• Demonstrate competency in emergency protocols, surgical equipment, and perioperative nursing practices.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety standards, Universal Protocol, HIPAA, and infection prevention practices.
• Collaborate with the perioperative team to prioritize patient care and support positive patient outcomes.
• Support patient-centered care while maintaining professionalism and accountability in all interactions.

Requirements:
• Active RN License – Required
• BLS Certification – Required
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience – Required
• Must have experience scrubbing and circulating
• Experience with Ortho, General, Urology, and Robotics cases preferred
• CNOR Certification – Preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing – Preferred
