Travel Care Manager RN

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager RN for an acute care facility in Mission Viejo, CA.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Floating Required: Must float to the Laguna facility as needed
- Weekend Rotation Required
- Patient Ratio: 1:25
Requirements:
- Active CA RN License required (pending license accepted but must be active by start date)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care Care Manager experience performing care coordination
- Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers will not be considered)
- Strong care coordination and discharge planning experience
Additional Information:
- Maximum RTO: 7 days
- Acute Care Facility setting
