Description
RN – Case Management | Margate, FL
Location: Margate, FL
Start: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Every Other Weekend
Unit: Case Management (Cost Center 91706)
Requirements:
- RN License (Active)
- Acute Care Hospital Case Management experience required
- Strong communication and care coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Facility & Unit Details:
- 289-bed acute care hospital
- Case Management team consists of RN Case Managers and Social Workers
- Day shift staffing: 10–13 RN/SW team members
- RN ratio: Approximately 1:25
- Social Worker ratio: Approximately 1:40
- EMR Systems: Meditech, Midas, WellSky
- No call requirements
Preferred Qualities:
- Strong time management skills
- Independent decision-making ability
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration
- Previous travel experience preferred
Dress Code: Business Casual
Location: Margate, Florida

They were really quick about getting me a contract.
Cons
Staff constantly switched. My documents weren't sent to the school, resulting in a months lost pay. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get on touch with anyone to answer questions. I have been attempting to reach them for over a month with absolutely no response! They lose paperwork (tests, immunizations, background checks and fingerprints) resulting in even more lost work.
